- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY ? The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Ms. Shirley Carozza, 7600 Arrowood Road, Bethesda, MD 20817 The purpose of this procurement is to provide technical assistance for the AA/OAFM and to DFM in order to make well-informed decisions regarding Agency oversight of staffing, procurement and other pending actions requested by HRSA components (Bureaus/Offices) monitored by the AA/OAFM. The Contractor will expend two (2) days per week on site (approximately 16 hours) providing technical assistance and meeting required HRSA personnel to accomplish tasks. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13.5. The period of performance for this project is 12 months. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1, a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file.
