- The solicitation has been amended as follows: 1. The task orders range has been changed. The new range is: From $10,000.00 thousand to $5,000,000.00 million and will be for projects of various complexity. 2. The solicitation for this project will be issued in electronic format only and will be available for download on the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ and the Baghdad Business Center website: http://www.baghdadbusinesscenter.org/tenders.asp#CORP on or about March 9, 2007. Offerors are responsible for checking the referenced page for any update(s) to the Notice. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror's inability to access the document posted at the referenced website. The proposal due date will be on or about April 10, 2007, with a tentative award date of on or about June 1, 2007. A Best-value procurement method will be used to evaluate proposals. The evaluation may include 5 factors to include price as a non-technical factor. The Evaluation Factors. The evaluation factors have changed and will be incorporated in the solicitation. The Request for Proposal will contain complete evaluation criteria. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-MAR-2007).
