- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR SPACE QUALIFIED PRESSURE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to revise RFQ Attachment 1, Statment of Work entitled "Space Qualified Pressure Measurement System" as following: A. Delete paragraph 3.3.4. in its entirety and replace with the the following: 3.3.4. Output Ripple and Noise: The ripple and noise output of the Pressure System shall not exceed 15 mv peak to peak from 0.1 Hz to 10 KHz, when measured across a 1-megohm minimum load at the output signal terminals B. Delete paragraph 3.3.10.4 in its entirety and replace with the following: 3.3.10.4 Output Voltage filter: The Pressure System shall have a filtered voltage output proportional to pressure input such that the Pressure System frequency response shall be flat from dc to 20 Hz within ±10% and shall roll off at least 6 db per octave. C. The following clarification to the Statement of Work Requirements is also provided: As stated in the last paragraph of the section 1 Scope section of the SOW, the following items make up One (1) Pressure system: 1-Space Qualified Pressure Transducers (SOW 3.1.4.1) 1-GSE Signal conditioning Electronics as either boards or packages ( if it is their standard product) (3.1.4.4) 1-electronics parts kits for population of our board design (EEE parts) 1-Connector Saver Cable (3.1.2.3) 1-connector cable (3.1.2.4) The Solicitation is requesting 15 Pressure Systems. The due date for receipt of quotes is extended to 4:00 p.m. local time on April 6, 2007. Quoters who responded to the original RFQ are responsible for reviewing the changes in full and submitting a new or revised quote that addresses these changes and the changes made in Amendment 4. Responses to questions previsouly provided by NASA are also due on 4:00 p.m. local time on April 6, 2007. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) by the due date established above. Quoters who responded to the original RFQ may submit revisions directly to the Contracting Officer. All solicitation documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
