- 30 - Supply of F100-220/220E Spray Ring Assembly: One year Firm Fixed Price contract is contemplated. Item No. 0001: NOUN: Spray Ring Assembly Qty. 7 ea - NSN: 2915-01-471-1311NZ P/N: 4085197 Delivery: Line Item No. 0001 Qty: 7 ea - On or Before 31 July 2007. The solicitation FA8104-06-Q-0406 issue date is approximately 11 September 2006. Proposal response date is 11 October 2006. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through FedBizOpps at http://www.eps.gov/. Approved Sources: United Technologies (Cage Code 052661), Woodward FST (Cage Code 65065), Pratt & Whitney (Cage Code 77445) and Wood Group Fuel Systems (Cage Code 9U738). Release of data to a foreign owned, controlled or influenced company is dependent on the approval of the foreign disclosure office. Technical Data Package is available on the FedTeds web site: www.fedteds.gov. Qualification Requirements: To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be approved sources. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending SARS. Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARS as soon as possible if the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible source approval for future awards. These qualification requirements apply to all line Item Numbers. All proposals received within forty five-days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
