Description
SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to award a sole-source contract to Rockwell Collins Government Systems, 30 Edgewater Drive Suite 104, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K2L 1V8, as the Original Equipment Manufacturer of SNR equipment used in support of the Trident Warrior Exercise installations. These items are required for use in the High Frequency Data System (HFDS) system rack supporting High Frequency Internet Protocol (HFIP) and SubNet Relay (SNR). These items have received NAVSEA approval for use on US Navy ships with regard to configuration control, parts support, secure data transmission, and safety standards. These items support a unique joint NATO/US Navy secure communications system. This SNR equipment is necessary to maintain identical configuration (form, fit, and function) of SNR systems that are already installed in the US Naval Fleet. DESCRIPTION SubNet Relay Network Controller SDCP-2000 MKII: HF/VHF/UHF Modem High Stability Time Base SNR Fly Away System A Firm-Fixed Price Type contract is anticipated. The total estimated value is $370,000.00. The FSC Code is 5895. The NAICS Code is 334290 with a size standard of 750 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
