- This synopsis is for sole source engineering effort on Solicitation FA8539-07-R-10569, for Engineering Evaluation/Analysis, Redesign and Testing of JTIDS E-3, D-8 and MCE Interface units MUX Voice Circuit Card Assemblies. Anticipated issue date of the solicitation will be 16 April 2007, with an estimated response date of 16 May 2007. Delivery schedule will be called out in the solicitation.
