- The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Mobilisa, Inc.,191 Otto Street, Port Townsend, Washington 98368-9765, for the following: 2 each Visitor Center System, Item #m3000, 1 desktop (tower, w/ 512MB RAM, 80GB HD, uninterruptible power supply (UPS)), tethered 1D/2D barcode scanner, 1 professional grade card printer, 500 blank visitor cards, 1 color camera, visitor center application. 1 each Management Center Software, Item #m4000, Remote tool for reports and management functions for the Defense ID System. 1 each m3000 Visitor Center Installation, Item #IS906, configuration and installation of Defense ID Visitor Center by network engineers and product support specialists. 6 each m2500 Extended Warranty, Item #EW2500-3, 3 Years per device. 2 each m3000 Extended Warranty, Item #3000-3, 3 years per station. 2 each m2504B Extended Warranty, Item #EW2504B-3, 3 years per device. 2 each m2404 Extended Warranty, Item #EW2504-3, 3 years per device. 1 each Shipping and Handling. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract, and will be awarded in its entirety. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified service they must respond to this notice before 1500hrs (Central Time) on 6 Apr 2007. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Mobilisa, Inc. will be pursued.
