- The Rocky Mountain Network, VISN 19 Contracting Officer, intends to negotiate with Integra NeuroSciences for the following equipment: Selector Integra Ultrasonic Aspirator Console; Selecter Service Module; 24Khz Neurosurgical Short Hand piece; Selector Hand piece Sterilization Tray; Multi-Parameter Monitor, Domestic, with Waveform, ICP/CCP/ICT; and Budde Halo Radiolucent Retractor for use at the Eastern Colorado Health Care System, Denver facility. The Denver facility has reviewed and evaluated several other comparable systems and has found the Integra system to be the best value to the Government. It is the belief of the Denver facility that the Integra system is the only top ultrasonic aspirator on the market that is compatible with MRI. Any company who feels they have an item equal to this must provide descriptive literature demonstrating that their system can provide at a minimum the following functions: 1) full compatibility with MRI and 2) uses bipolar technology. In order to be considered for evaluation, you must have your literature submitted to the Contracting Officer no later than close of business on April 9, 2007.
