- The Department of Veterans Affairs is looking for firms that are classified under the following programs under Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 19: 8(a), HUBZone, SDB, WOSB, SDVOSB, and/or VOSB. The firm must be a General Construction Firm with an approved NAICS Code 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $31 mil and a bonding capacity over $10,000,000. The firm must have hospital experience with contracts as a prime for projects more than $10,000,000. The project will renovate patient floors on 6A, 7A, 9A and 5B of the existing bed tower. AT THIS TIME, A SOLICITATION DOES NOT EXIST. Small Business Contractors and vendors having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this MARKET SURVEY/SOURCES SOUGHT.
