- This is a notice of intent of The Louis Stokes Cleveland, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141, In accordance with FAR Part 13.106(b) urgent and compelling need with only one source reasonably available, to solicit with a single source for the advisory and assistance of a Cancer Program Coordinator with Grace Rotter, RN, MSN of Willoughby, Ohio. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by COB Friday 6, 2007. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining interested parties for future procurements on a competitive basis.  No solicitation will be made available and all information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government.  A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.  All inquiries must be submitted by email or fax to the POC, telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
