- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attachment. This announcement constitutes the Request for Proposal. The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency has a requirement for Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Services. The Period of Performance will be from the Date of Award through September 30, 2007. The solicitation number is 9594-06-R-0002. NAICS code for this procurement is 623220 with size standard of $6M. See ATTACHMENT for the following additional information: Instructions for completion of solicitation package, Schedule of Commercial Services and Prices, Statement of Work and the following clauses 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Item, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification - Commercial Item, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Item, and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Offers or proposals will be evaluated in accordance with evaluation factors contained in the solicitation Evaluation Criteria identified in Section M. All questions regarding the RFP shall be submitted via email to elijah.anderson@csosa.gov or by fax at (202) 220-5711 before 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST), December 27, 2006. Proposals shall be submitted on or before 11:00 A.M. EST on January 18, 2007. Late proposals will not be accepted. Proposals shall be sent via courier or hand delivered to the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency, Office of Procurement, 633 Indiana Ave., NW, Suite 880, Washington, DC, 20004. All quotes shall reference: RFP 9594-07-R-0002 on the front of the package/page.
