- This is a amendment to the synopsis entitled Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and Age Discrimination Act Compliance Review, NNH07190830Q, which was posted on March 20, 2007. You are notified that the following changes are made: A link to the web address for the question and answer documentation is as follows: http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/sol.cgi?acqid=123932#Other%2001. This amendment also list the relative order of importance of the evaluation factors and identify the price evaluation adjustment for small disadvantaged business concerns. The relative order of importance is the Cost/price Factor is significantly less important than the combined importance of the Technical Factor and the relevant experience and Past Performance Factor. As individual factors, the Cost/price Factor is less important than the Technical Factor but more important than the Past Performance Factor. The price evaluation adjustment for small disadvantaged business concerns is 10%. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
