- Description
- BPA 6FLS-N3-073340-I for FSC 8040 BRAND NAME ITEMS issuing March 29th, 2007 and closing April 30th, 2007. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contains 42(SOP) National Stock Numbers (NSNs). The period of this BPA will be for 5 years, beginning on 06/01/2007 or date of award, through 05/31/2012 (or 5 years from date of award). The 42 NSNs are in accordance with various Brand names. If you offer on a Brand name NSN, it must be that brand name ONLY (no others will be accepted). (If a distributor submits an offer, a commitment letter from the qualified manufacturer must accompany the offer/package). See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for Individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 45 DARO and FOB origin. Quantity breaks are included on the Bid Schedule and award will be made in the aggregate (item by item basis). This BPA is available on the Federal Business Opportunities Internet website: http://fedbizopps.gov. Please place your offer in the Schedule of items, with quantity breaks. Interested parties are responsible for downloading the BPA and returning to the address specified. An original 1449 must be signed, dated and mailed at the time the offer is submitted.
