- In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 (Attachment B, B-1) this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start date of a streamlined competition for Applications and Systems Management services in support of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Headquarters? Office of Solid Waste located in Washington, D.C. These services are currently being performed by Government personnel which include 6.5 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) and contractor support. NO SOLICITATION IS ANTICIPATED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Cost of private sector performance will be determined by conducting market research. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Luis Luna. The Contracting Officer is Jill E. Robbins. The projected end date for this competition is June 26, 2007.
