Description
REQUIREMENT: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) currently occupies space under a soon to expire lease. The IRS is conducting a competitive procurement for a replacement lease for this requirement. The space should yield approximately 14,960 BOMA USF of office space. Consideration for relocating this requirement will be taken upon analysis of the economics involved, including the cost of moving, tenant improvements, and impact on agency mission, among other items.
