- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide services for leasing and laundering of uniforms to be work by BEP employees at its Washington, DC facility. The Contractor shall furnish all facilities, labor, material and transportation to provide weekly uniform rental and laundry service. The BEP anticipates awarding a Performance Based Service, Firm Fixed-Price and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with a base year and two option years. The solicitation method to be used for this requirement is Full and Open Competition with a preference for small business concerns. NOTE: This requirement cannot be set-aside for small business at this time as market research and prior procurement history has indicated that it may not be possible to obtain adequate competition solely among responsible small businesses.
