- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 423430, 100 employee size standard. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure sixty-four (64) Liebert Upstations GXT2-1500RT120 on a competitive basis. The Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC) has a requirement to acquire the Liebert Upstation GXT2 which connects to essential JWAC systems providing uninterruptible power supply. JWAC currently has existing upstations that require replacing for life cycle management. These specific systems are required in order to maintain consistency with current systems already in place/use with internal JWAC computer systems. The stations must be manufactured by Liebert and must be the exact model. All items need to be delivered FOB Destination to the NSWCDD. Provide an estimated delivery date or lead time on the quote. (How many days? Weeks?, Etc.) The order shall be a firm fixed price purchase order. Award is to be made under Simplified Procedures (FAR 13) by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 200, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110. The closing date for receipt of quotations is 2 April 2007. Offers may be submitted via e-mail in Microsoft Word format to XDS13@navy.mil or via facsimile at (540) 653-6810, Attn: XDS13-8.
