- The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 6.302-1(c)) with Aseptico, Inc, 8333 216th St SE, Woodinville, WA 98072, as the only brand name source that can provide Defense Medical Standarization Board (DMSB), Deployable Medical System (DEPMEDS) program, and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) approved various portable dental equipment. Specifically, the contractor shall provide the following dental products: 1) P/N: AEU-14CF Description: Expedition System Quantity: 3 EACH 2) P/N: ADC-01 Description: Portable Patient Chair Quantity: 3 EACH 3) P/N: ARU-06BS Description: X-Ray Stand Quantity: 1 EACH 4) P/N: CHARLIE HORSE Description: Container for Complete Package Quantity: 3 EACH 5) P/N: OPMAN Description: Operator Manual Quantity: 2 EACH 6) P/N: SERVMAN Description: Service Manaul Quantity: 2 EACH This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures (IAW FAR 13.3). There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339114 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data, including cost, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. All capability statements received within 5 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Capability statements shall be submitted by email only as a MS Word or Adobe PDF attachment to James Suerdieck at jdsuerdieck@nmlc.med.navy.mil. Statements are due by COB 03 APR 07.
