Description

USACE, Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office plans to enter into a sole source contract with The Oilgear Company, PO Box 393924, Milwaulkee, WI, 53219-2340. The purpose of the award is for the vendor to furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and performing all work as required for the repair of (1) PVLV-250 Hydraulic pump with SN 133656 and (1) MFS-225 Hydraulic motor with SN 133664. The Oilgear Company retains technology and patents as the original manufacturer of this pump and motor , and is the only source for parts and repairs. A firm-fixed price award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Any other responsible source able to provide the supplies is encouraged to respond to this announcement within 7 days a fter its publication. This is not a request for quotations and there is no solicitation available at this time.
