- The Joint Project Manager Guardian (JPMG) released on March 13, 2007 the DRAFT RFP for the future solicitation of the re-compete for the Installation Protection Program (IPP)Contract. The Government is extending the question and comments period from March 30, 2007 until April 04, 2007. Questions and comments shall be submitted to the following email address; Geraldine.Kutz@jpeocbd.osd.mil. Documents listed on page 62 of the DRAFT RFP may be obtained by completing a 'REQUEST FORM'. Subject request form may be found on FedBizOps through the Joint Project Manager Guardian Amendment01 link dated March 22, 2007. A link to the Guardian website (http://www.jpeocbd.osd.mil/page_manager.asp?pg=3)has been provided that will allow interested parties to download the RFP.
