- Restrictions: This is modification 0001 to subject combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement con stitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W91248-07-Q-0022 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005- 15, dated 13 February 2007. NAICS is 561730; business size is $6.5M; acquisition is 100% setaside for Hubzone Business Concerns. Description: Modification 0001 Closing date remains unchanged as: 02 April 2007, 1:00 PM CST. Questions, answers, and changes to this solicitation follow: Question 1. Line Item 0005 through 10, turf management seem to be already taken care of in the Level I mowing in the Grounds Maintenance Contract. Please clarify. Answer 1. Landscaping contractor shall be responsible for mowing all grass that is identified within the landscaping footprint as provided on drawings and in accordance with specificat ions under Turf Management, Paragraph 1.5. Period of Performance on listed on bid schedule is changed from 16 April 2007 15 April 2007 to 16 April 2007 15 July 2007. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
