- United States Army Contracting Command Europe will hold a preproposal conference for Commercial Services contracts for MK Airbase and Babadag Training Area on 12 and 13 April of 2007. The preproposal conference will be held in the Alpha Room of the Iaki Mamaia Hotel the address is listed below. Basic overview of the requirements 2. Types of contracts 3. Instructions to offerors 4. Evaluation/Technical Acceptability Factors 5. Contractor Manpower Reporting Requirements Following the presentation a short bus tour (pending approval) will be conducted of the facilities. The 12 April 2007 group will also take a short bus tour (pending approval) of the Babadag Training Area due to requirements in that area. All questions wi ll be submitted utilizing 3x5 cards provided at the conference and the answers to the questions will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi ) within 5 working days. Companies are required to register for attendance for this conference and may send no more that 2 representatives per company.
