THANK YOU****************************** The US Government intends to procure a service contract for Operations & Maintenance Services for the US Army Europe Regional Medical Command (ERMC) and its outlying clinics in Germany and Italy. The ERMC is divided into four regions: Landstuhl Region; Heidelberg Region; Bavarian Region and Vicenza Region. - The contractor shall provide all manpower, management, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, facilities management, supervision, testing, and inspections necessary to operate and maintain facilities, facility systems, food service equipment, plant equipment, and grounds of the ERMC. This requirement includes, but is not limited to, the type of work identified in the Appendices. This workload data, facilities and other historical information may be used as a guide in estimating manpower, workload and requirements. However, they are subject to change. The contractor shall provide, as a minimum, a quality of service consistent with the best commercial practices. All work shall be performed in accordance with 29 CFR 1910 (OSHA) and all applicable Host Nation requirements. - An Industry Day will be held on 11 Apr 07 at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Command. Interested parties shall complete and return the attached form via fax or email directly to corinna.jackson@ramstein.af.mil or Lisa Uminn lisa.uminn@ramstein.af.mil by 1600 hrs CEST (Central European Summer Time) on 29 Mar 07 in order to receive an installation pass. - Anticipated Period of Performance: 01 Apr 2008 ? 31 Mar 2013. - The actual solicitation will be posted after Industry Day. - NOTE 1: If you have any questions concerning this requirement you need to contact our office immediately. - NOTE 2: ONLY CCR & ORCA-REGISTERED SOURCES WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. ***** SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS *****
