- Item 0001 - Aircraft Maintenance Fixture, NSN: 4920-01-305-4897RN, Part # 3C3500G02. The maintenance stand, turbine framed is used to transport/ store/assemble/disassemble turbine frame/LPT module assembly of the F110-GE-129 Engine. Materials: Various The RFP will be issue to include a basic quantity of 2 ea and 4 quantity options of 1-5 ea which will be valid for 365,730, 1095, and 1,460 calendar days from issuance of the resulting contract. Required delivery is 180 days ARO to multiple locations. The approximate RFP issue date will be 12 April 2007 with the approximate response date of 11 May 2007. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor will be acceptable. The technical data required to respond to the RFP may be obtained at the FEDTEDS webpage (https://www.fedteds.gov/). All vendors are required to register via FEDTEDS for an account in order to access the technical data. For vendor assistance or problems with the FEDTEDS webpage, 1-866-618-5988 or mailto:cscassig@ogden.disa.mil. Drawings are available and will be posted as part as part the RFP. Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov; however, the identify of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submission of proposal. This procurement will use the Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) Evaluation Program in the evaluation of past performance. Past performance is considered slightly more important than price. Offerors are encouraged to review their applicable data for accuracy. This RFP is reserved for small business participation only.
