- Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to Robbins-Gioia, LLC. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to perform on-site consulting, management, training and program management support services for the 76th MXW and 448th CSW at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 1 MAY 07 through 1 MAR 08. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The estimated award date is 27 APR 07.
