- Modification to synopsis to add description in reference to requirement. Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Robbins-Gioia, LLC. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to perform on-site consulting, management, training and program management support services for the 76th MXW and 448th CSW. This support shall consist of Project Analysis, Consulting Services, Program Management and Control, Instruction, and Technical Support activities required to implement, train and deploy G097 DMSI information systems and support systems at Tinker AFB OK. The proposed period of performance is 1 MAY 07 through 1 MAR 08. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The estimated award date is 27 APR 07. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.org. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541618 with a size standard $6.5M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
