Description
AC Power Source 315ASX-UPC3M/M99116A & Transit Cases The 308th Armament Systems Group, Contracting Directorate, Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, Florida, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for AC Power Source 315ASX-UPC3M/M99116A & Transit Cases. This acquisition is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement reference number is FA8682-07-C-0168. The Government reserves the right to cancel this combined synopsis/ solicitation either before or after the Request for Quote (RFQ) closing, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this system is 335311, with a small business standard size of 750 employees. Please identify your business size based on this standard. The requirement is for a quantity of thirty (30) AC Power Source 315ASX-UPC3M/M99116A or equivalent and accompanying Transit Cases to facilitate Joint Air to Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) CMBRE Test Set. These items are to be delivered FOB Destination to multiple drop ship locations. Please price additional quantities of thirty-five (35) and forty (40) for informational purposes. Your proposal should demonstrate your ability to (1) perform the key requirements described above. In the proposal, contractors should provide their size status for the above referenced NAICS, (i.e. large, small) and whether or not they are a certified hubzone, 8(a), women-owned, small disadvantaged and/or disabled veteran owned concern. (2) Item Description: 1.5kVA, Three Phase, Solid State AC Power Source Vin: 100, 110, 120, 200, 208, 220, 230, 240VAC, Single Phase, 47-63Hz Vout: 0-115/200V, 3 Phase, 400Hz. M99116 installs a FSL4-FR type female receptacle in a junction box mounted on the power source rear panel. M99219 firmware converts the power source into a fully integrated, ?turn-key? AC power system that converts single phase, 120V, 60 Hz power into the MIL-STD-704E nominal value of 3 phase, 115VL-N, 400 Hz, and Transit cases, provides a composite case with slide rails for AC Power Source with a 5.25? chasis. Multiple drop ship locations are as follows: 6 each to Barksdale AFB, LA; 1 each to Minot AFB, ND; 2 each to Dyess AFB, TX, 1 each to Ellsworth AFB, SD; 2 each to Whiteman AFB, MO; 1 each to Letterkenny Munitions Center, Chambersburg, PA; 1 each to Eglin AFB, FL; 1 each to Lackland Training Annex, TX; 1 each to Hill AFB, UT; 4 each to CENTAF USAF PREPO Site, APO AE 09309; 1 each to Spangdahlem AB, APO AE 09126; 1 each to Ramstein AB, APO AE 09094-3260; 2 each to Aviano AB, APO AE 09604-5130; 2 each to Kunsan, APO AP 96264-2021; 2 each to Osan, APO AP 96268-2009; 2 each to Misawa AB, Misawa-Shi, Aomori-Ken Japan.
