- This is a Sources Saught Announcement Only. Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Department of Veterans Affairs in Philadelphia, PA is seeking sources to enter into a contract for inpatient dialysis service to Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center patients. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirement with firm fixed unit prices. The contact shall consist of a 12 month base period and two 12 month option periods for renewal. A Government proposal to provide these services is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. All information will be distributed through Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The response date for interested parties is April 30, 2007. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone request will be accepted. All requests for hard copies of solicitation should be emailed to karen.goodburlet1@va.gov, or should be mailed to the Contracting Officer (90C), University and Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Issue date for the solicitation is to be determined. Please note: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
