Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Boise Idaho is seeking sources for Orthopedic Surgery Services. The services will include, but are not limited to: The contractor is to provide six (6) 4-hour clinics per month to include new patient, surgical, and general orthopedic clinics. The Contractor is to perform surgical procedures as generated from the clinics or inpatient population as determined to be necessary. Sources are sought for small businesses to provide this service The NAICS for this procurement is 621111, $7.5ml. All interested parties should identify your company name, point of contact, your capabilities statement and identify your business size as defined in FAR of any of the following: Small Business, 8(a) disadvantaged, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran owned or HUB Zone certified.
