- Description
- The U.S. Department of State intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Corporate Executive Board, 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 2006 for Corporate Leadership Council Membership services, using commercial item, and simplified acquisition procedures authorized by FAR Parts 12 and 13. These services will provide research and executive education for U.S. Department of State human resource professionals. This purchase order will require the contractor to provide unlimited access to a relationship/account manager and a research manager. The membership service includes 1) Unlimited copies of current and past studies dealing with a wide range of HR topics; 2) Participation in annual meetings for an unlimited number of human resource staff; 3) Access to a Library of strategic studies; 4) Access to Council?s short-answer research services and communication with staff; 5) Annual on-site presentations on HR issues. This Notice of Intent is Not a Request for competitive quotations. This acquisition will be processed using the authority in FAR 6.302.1.
