- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a requirement for a contractor to perform Real Estate Closing Services for sales of its single family properties (1-4 units) located in the State of Hawaii. HUD intends to award one indefinite quantity-fixed-priced purchase order not to exceed $23,000. Volume is estimated at 100 closings. Sales must be closed within a stipulated timeframe and prompt and accurate payment of all closing charges made. The purchase order will be for a one-year base period and two additional one-year options. This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification Code is 541191, Title Abstract and Settlement Offices with a size standard of $6.5 million. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number: Q7D8AAC0001 will be available on or about 15 days after this notice is published, and will be posted on HUD's Internet Home Page at http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm.
