- ISSUE DATE: 13 APRIL 2007. Solicitation HSCGG1-07-R-3WK097. Contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision required for the replacement of the existing 1,000 gallon diesel fuel storage tank with new 1,000 gallon tank, removal of the existing diesel and gasoline dispensers and hose reels, provision of new dispensers, replacement of diesel fuel piping and incidental related work at USCG STATION SHINNECOCK, HAMPTON BAYS, NEW YORK. The NAIC Code is 237120 . The Small Business Size Standard is $31 million. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 15 and is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. Award will be based on the offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Government, past performance and technical factors weighed equally as important as price. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price construction contract. Solicitation packages will be available on or about April 13, 2007. The date for receipt of proposals is tentatively scheduled on or about May 13, 2007 at 2 p.m. Our office no longer issues solicitation or amendments in paper form.
