- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; price quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, HSCG84-07-Q-3BL018, is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and provisions are available via internet address: http://www.arnet.gov/far/. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334519 and Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Item Description: AreaRAE, Rapid Deployment Kit (RDK) System Package w/GPS Option and sensors for oxygen (o2) Carbon Monoxide (CO), Combustibles (LEL), Hydrogen Sulfide (H25), and Photoionization Detection (PID) (RA039R112121) by RAE Systems. Quantity: One (1) each. Place of Acceptance: Destinations: USCG ISC BOSTON, 427 Commercial Street, Boston, MA 02109. Required Delivery Date is May 4, 2007. If quotes are not FOB Destination, indicate Point Of Origin and shipping/freight cost. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Provisions that applies to this RFQ: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items (Oct 2000), 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999), and 52.215-5, Facsimile Proposals (Oct 1997). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and most advantageous to the Government, price and delivery time factors considered. FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror?s Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items (May 2001) MUST AND SHALL be completed and submitted with the RFQ?s.
