- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The Request for Quotation number is HSCG89-07-Q-662040 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS is 423610. The small business sized standard is 100 employees annually. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The Government proposes to solicit quotes for the following alarm monitoring equipment. SCOPE: Alarm Monitoring Equipment: 4 each, IMS-Host, P/N IMS-4001; 44 each, IMS-4000 Node, P?N IMS-4002; 50 each, External Power Sensor, P/N IMS-4840; 100 each, Dry Contact Bridge, P/N IMS-4850; 40 each, 4-20ma Bridge, P/N IMS-4851; 50 each, Door Switch, P/N IMS-4860; and 50 each, Room Temperature w/Display, P/N IMS-4811. Manufacture: Sentinel Power Inc. AWARD: This purchase will be based on the following criteria: Lowest price for Alarm Monitoring Equipment as stated in the SCOPE. CLAUSES: The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offers Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representatives and Certifications and Certifications Commercial Items, all offerors art to include with their offer a completed copy of FAR 52.213-3, FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive orders Commercial Items.
