- Office of the Inspector General, (OIG)/Office of Information Technology (OIT), through Division of Acquisitions Management, Program Support Center (PSC), Strategic Acquisition Services (SAS)intends to award a sole source simplified acquisition to PWC Product Sales, LLC, 401 Broad Hollow Road, Melville, NY 11747-4862. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide annual maintenance license renewal of the Teammate Electronic Workpaper Software that is a Windows-based electronic audit management system. The following modules are included Team Risk, TeamSchedule, TeamMate Tec, TeamMate-EWP and TeamCentral. The software program is proprietary to PWC Products Sales. This proposed requirement for which the Government intends to solicit only one source is under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested concerns may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in a written narrative format detailing the concern?s ability to meet the objectives of this requirement. Capability statement may be sent via email to Janet Glasz at janet.glasz@psc.hhs.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available; therefore, requests for such documents will be considered invalid responses. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received from capable businesses within 8 days from the date of this synopsis, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the award to PWC Product Sales, LLC.
