- Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Idaho. A Performance Based Contract to achieve the objectives of site preparation, scarification, fuel hazard reduction, crop-tree fire proofing, occasional fireline construction and minor hourly road closure within piling units for travel management using an excavator. It is the contractor?s responsibility to furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, supervision, and incidentals necessary to achieve the objectives. Anticipate multiple awards for one year with 4 option years, one award for the Priest Lake, Bonners Ferry and Sandpoint Ranger Districts, and one for the Coeur d'Alene River and St. Joe River Ranger Districts. Task Orders will be issued for specific work and contract time. Estimated Start work of June, 2007 through Dec 31, 2007 Solicitation available after April 5. This project in not available at this time.
