- A Request For Proposal (RFP) will be issued for PR 0014404823, NSN 1650-01-220-8562, Servovalve in accordance with HR Textron, CAGE: 81873, P/N 22253618. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. The solicitation will be FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Contract type is a Firm-Fixed price type contract. The requested quantity is 85 each. The requested delivery is 155 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Configuration Control applies. This item is considered a critical application item. Any firm requesting a copy of this RFP will be provided a copy. Alternate offers may be considered if submitted with a complete Source Approval Request (SAR) package. This is not considered a commercial item. Progress payment may not be authorized for this procurement. ABVS will be included in the solicitation and will be used as an evaluation factor. Cost and Pricing Data and a Small Business Subcontracting Plan are not required as the requested quantity dollar value does not exceed the respective thresholds. The weapon system designated is the AH-64 Apache Helicopter, WSDC-61A. The solicitation will be issued on April 12, 2007 and will be available on DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/
