Solicitation will be issued as a UNRESTRICTED based on other than full and open competition. Destination Inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. The NSN is as follows 6110-99-820-3406, 315 day?s delivery. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. FOB Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
