- Description
- A Request For Proposal (RFP) will be issued for PR 0014289194, NSN 1650-01-313-0104, Wire and Holder Assembly Rate in accordance with HR Textron, CAGE: 81873, P/N 28006909-002. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. The solicitation will be FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. This will be a Firm-Fixed price type contract. The requested quantity is 74 each. The requested delivery is 170 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Configuration Control applies. This item is considered a critical application item. Any firm requesting a copy of this RFP will be provided a copy. Alternate offers may be considered if submitted with a complete Source Approval Request (SAR) package. This is not considered a commercial item. Progress payment may not be authorized for this procurement. ABVS will be included in the solicitation and will be used as an evaluation factor. Cost and Pricing Data and a Small Business Subcontracting Plan are not required based on the quantity dollar value of the procurement and the respective thresholds. The solicitation will be issued on April 12, 2007 and will be available on DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/
