- Solicitation SP4410-07-R-0012 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP will be for the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) for warehousing and clerical services at multiple DRMS activities throughout the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. This procurement is 100-percent small business set-aside with the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code of 561320 with a small business size standard of $12.5M. Numbered Note One applies. The contractor will be responsible for providing qualified warehousing and clerical personnel. The Government anticipates that proposals will be evaluated for past performance and price. The Government anticipates it will make multiple contract awards to the offerors submitting a proposal conforming to the solicitation and demonstrating the best value based on past performance and price. The Government anticipates the resulting contracts will be firm-fixed-priced, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) task order contracts. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DRMS. The anticipated issue date for this RFP is approximately April 9, 2007.
