- The Government is interested in leasing approximately 12,075 rentable sq.ft. yielding 10,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area sq.ft. of fully serviced office (to be provided as part of the rental consideration) and related space in RALEIGH, NC. This space is required no later than JULY 21, 2008. The lease term is ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation rights after five (5) years. Space must be located within the following geographic boundaries: NORTH: Millbrook Road; EAST: Capital Boulevard; SOUTH: Capital Boulevard to Wade Avenue; WEST: Route 70 to Lassiter Mill Road to Six Forks Road to East Millbrook Road. Unique Requirements Overview: Offers must be for contiguous, 2ND floor or higher space in a quality building of sound, substantial Class ?A? construction and location shall embody a corporate professional office image. 50? setback requirements from building will be addressed. 18 secured parking spaces to be identified. Industrial/warehouse sites or sites adjacent to railroads are not acceptable. Agency can not be located near residential areas, daycare centers or schools nor co-located with other Federal, State or local government agencies or private firms whose primary clienteles are involved in or have ties to criminal elements.
