- Description
- Provide supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for full building performance based operation and maintenance services, (O&M) inclusive of mechanical, architectural and structural; performance based janitorial services inclusive of snow removal, landscape and grounds maintenance, carpet cleaning, window washing/blind cleaning, and recycling for the Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, Atlanta, GA. This building will be certified as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Existing Building (EB) with the US Green Building Council (USGBC), and will require stringent guidelines and record keeping and reporting. Criteria for specific LEED EB credits will be provided by the LEED EB Project Manager or designee. General information on all the available credits can be found in the USGBC LEED for Existing Buildings Reference Guide, Version 2.0, First Edition, 2005 and at www.usgbc.org. This is a competitive 8(a) set-aside procurement. NAICS Code is 561210 for Facilities Support Management. Size Standard by the SBA is $32.5M. The anticipated solicitation release date is on or about April 10, 2007, with an anticipated receipt of proposals not later than May 10, 2007. The Period of Performance shall be from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008, and will include four (4) one-year option terms. The contract shall be awarded utilizing formal Source Selection procedures. The incumbent contractor is Brooks Range Contract Services Inc. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will available only over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide-Web, (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a www browser application. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically.
