- BPA 6FLS-E2-073350-I for FSC 8010, Misc. Enamels issuing March 28th, 2007 and closing on April 30th, 2007. PLEASE INCLUDE AN ORIGINAL FORM 1449 WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURE/DATE; PLEASE ALSO INCLUDE DUNS # WITH YOUR OFFER PACKAGE. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contains 39 (SOP) National Stock Numbers (NSN?s). The period of this BPA will be for 5 years, beginning on 6/01/2007 or date of award, through 5/31/2012 (or 5 years from date of award). All 39 NSN?s are Brand Name Items. See Item Purchase Descriptions (IPD?S) /Schedule Items for Individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 45 DARO and FOB origin, pre-pay/add. Quantity breaks are included on the Bid Schedule and award will be made in the aggregate (item by item basis).
