- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston intends to issue solicitation N65236-07-R-0126 as a sole source commercial item contract pursuant to the test procedures under FAR 13.5 to Delta Electronics, Inc., 5730 General Washington Drive, Alexandria, VA 22312-2481. The procurement covers the purchase of nine (9) COAX XFR Switch Systems, P/N 6730F/33630C/D for Ships Signal Exploitation System Space. Delta Electronics, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer and has proprietary design rights to meet specific critical design, functional and operational requirements. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The FSC Code is 5865. The NAICS Code is 334220 with a size standard of 750 employees. This is a notice of intent and is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may inquire about the process to have their products tested and evaluated for future procurements by submitting their comments in writing to Ms. Christy Hammett, Code 027CH, Contract Specialist, at christy.hammett@navy.mil no later than 1200 (EST) on 5 April 2007.
