- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to negotiate a sole source contract with I.D.E.A.L. Technology Corporation, 12151 Science Drive, Suite 102, Orlando, FL, 32826, for a quantity of one one (1) STRIKE Application Enterprise License. I.D.E.A.L is the manufacturer of this equipement and has proprietary rights. A Firm Fixed Price type contract issued under the Test Procedures of FAR Part 13.5 is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAIC) Code is 541511 and the size standard is $23M. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
