- The following information is provided as a clarification: Contractors who possess ABRs outside the defined homeport area; e.g., Everett, Bangor, Bremerton and Seattle, WA must prove that they have adequate remote off-site facilities to meet ship repair requirements and are capable of accomplishing majority of the work (experience working on Gov't contracts, available facilities, resources and financial means to meet US NAVY requirements) Solicitation # N4523A-07-R-0002 will be subject to a 100% small business set-aside, NAICCS Code 336611 for all ship repair on WEST COAST (U.S.), by Memorandum from Office of the Undersecretary of Defense dated August 31, 2001.
