- The Rocky Mountain Region, Billings, Montana is seeking potential contractors for a firm fixed price contract for a Facility Improvement and Repair project including, but not limited to the correction of code deficient items. The Facility Improvement and Repair project shall be completed in accordance with the attached plans and specifications. This project is located in Busby, Montana on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation. This procurement is set aside for small business, Native American concern.
