Description

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract, with an optional Time and Materials line item on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source to Ericsson Federal. The effort is being awarded under the Foreign Comparative Testing program for Secure High Capacity Tactical Radio Relay System. The items being procured are three (3) EriTac Radio Relay systems and operator training. In addition, the following options will be placed on contract: T wo (2) Antenna lots consisting of +7dBi Onmi0Directional Antenna and Antenna Operators Manual, on site contractor technical support, and up to one hundred (100) EriTac Radio Relay system lots. Place of performance shall be at Ericsson Inc. The period of p erformance shall be twenty four months, including all options. Solicitation and all attachments to this request for proposal will be posted to Army Single Face to Industry Page (ASFI) at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil on or about fifteen (15) days after t his notice is posted. All parties interested in doing business with CE-LCMC are invited to access, operate and send and receive information from the ASFI. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
