- The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to procure Fifteen (15) each Electronic Mechanical Actuators, NSN 3010-01-057-3565, in accordance with Government Drawings SM-F-890205 on a firm fixed price basis with a 100% option. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside, with a NAICS code of 333612. The size standard is having less than 500 employees in order to be considered a small business. This is will utilize Sealed Bid procedures and the solicitation number to be assigned will be W15P7T-07-B-K218. Drawings can be accessed / downloaded at the following website: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/doclib/iit.nsf/index.xml. Parties interested in viewing the drawings will need to register with the IBOP as instructed below. For questions on downloading the drawings contact the IBOP help desk at 1-888-414-2677. Inspection and Acceptance will be at source and the FOB point is destination. The anticipated delivery of all fifteen (15) units shall begin 180 days after award. Early delivery at no additional cost to the Government is highly encouraged. Packaging sha ll be in accordance with ASTM D 3951 Commercial Packaging. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 12, 2007 and the anticipated award date will be on or around June 12, 2007. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) has established the Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) website to allow electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from C-E LCMC to Industry.
