- Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-3, and utilizing FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures the U.S. Army RDECOM - Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldi er System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Armor Holdings Products, L.L.C., 13386 International PKWY, Jacksonville, FL 32218-2383. This requirement is for M96 Honeywell-based Soft Ballistic Armo r. These items are to be used for Test and Evaluation purposes.
